The ESPM ESPM was born in 1951, through a project by Rodolfo Lima Martensen, at the invitation of Pietro Maria Bardi, then director of the São Paulo Museum of Art (Masp) - and supported by Assis Chateaubriand, president of the Associated Diaries, in the time the largest media group in Brazil.
