These opportunities produce great challenges and, in turn, profound weaknesses typical of an economy in recession worldwide. For this reason, a specialized profile is needed in the internationalization of all types of companies.
The University Master’s Degree in the Internationalization of Companies from the Nebrija University responds to this social and business demand, training complete students, specialized in international business and with a globalized focus.
This official program of Nebrija University has a double objective. The first is to train professionals who are sensitive to the strict demands of the milieu, with a deep sense of responsibility and social commitment in view of internationalization and company growth. The second is that of equipping the students with a solid knowledge of the methodological tools of the sector.
The consequences of the world economic crisis have led to the appearance of a large number of agents interested in the possibilities that the European Union and other international organizations offer. Thanks to this program, the large companies and, especially, the SMEs will have within their reach professionals capable of understanding, advising and acting in any international setting.

Ideal Students
The Master’s Degree is directed exclusively to qualified candidates who evidence a vocation directed towards the development of their professional careers in the aspects related to company internationalization and international trade, or to the management of international organizations. Access is open only to those applicants who fulfill the requisites imposed by the current legislation, with bachelor’s degree/certificate or undergraduate degree who are interested in developing their employment history in the international area of a company or of an international organization. The required profile is that of a person with certification, diploma or license in the area of economy, business, law and international relations. Only those with degrees in: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Business Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and degrees in competences similar to those listed will have access to the Master’s Degree.

- Understanding the internal processes, interdepartmental relations and the different roles that exist in the organizations of the supplying companies and in the buying organizations and companies, and their impact on the negotiation of international contracts.
- Learning to assess the risks of the companies in taking on complex international projects, as well as knowing some essential aspects that determine the success or failure of the projects.
- Capacity to analyze the strategic situation of a company and its product or service, and make decisions for the implementation of the marketing strategy expressed in a marketing plan.
- Capacity to understand the process of making strategic decisions of a marketing manager, from the analysis of the situation to the consequences derived from their implementation, and how they condition the progress and orientation of the company.
- Being capable of analyzing and interpreting the economic setting and quantifying the risks and opportunities that are posed in the area of the company.
