Introduction
What does the master consist of?
Qualifies to work as a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language or as a second language and as a professional capable of managing aspects related to Spanish as an economic resource. Since the contents taught meet the requirements of the Instituto Cervantes in the key competencies model for international foreign language teachers, this master's degree will prepare you to face learning situations anywhere in the world where Spanish is taught. In addition, it will initiate you into research tasks in the field of Spanish and its culture, of special interest if you wish to carry out doctoral studies later.
How do I prepare it?
This title is face-to-face and requires the student a minimum of attendance. The theoretical-practical classes, seminars, tutorials and evaluation activities are completed with the student's autonomous work. You have the Virtual Campus platform for academic and administrative procedures. On this platform, the submission of papers, the request for virtual tutorials, the download of agendas or the participation in forums, as well as videoconference applications, among other functions, are enabled. We also offer you, through the University Library, face-to-face and virtual access to the information you need.
Why in the ULPGC ?
We offer you externally accredited and evaluated quality training at public prices, a wide range of services (sports, culture, languages, accommodation, library, computer rooms, summer universities, Wi-Fi connection on all campuses) that will facilitate your stay and will help supplement your college education. In addition, the ULPGC has been recognized among the 10 best universities in Spain for employability (Everis Foundation, 2018).
