While the challenges of transition are more and more significant at the local level, they strengthen the territories as a major actor for sustainable economic development. The challenges of today's world require new rules as well as new management and decision-making tools. The globalization of the economy calls for new local solidarities, the establishment of new modes of public / private partnerships and new modes of governance.
... through an apprenticeship contract in Master 2 (duration: 10 months)
Apprentices are supervised within the host organization by an apprenticeship master and supported in all of their activities (professional and university) by an educational tutor.

At Level m1: internship of 3 to 5 months
At the m2 level: learning lasting 10 months and carrying out by the students of a study commissioned by a local authority during a one-week in situ development workshop.
