The lack of professionals in the field of cybersecurity management presupposes the jobs corresponding to the statements of the strategic plan of the European Union “The Europe 2020” regarding the innovative economy. After completing your degree, you will be able to apply your knowledge in State bodies and/or businesses that manage important electronic data, critical infrastructures, and other electronic resources (departments of public institutions' security and IT, business units, and units of the management of risks, the IT departments, etc.). You may also establish your cybersecurity consultancy or cybersecurity-related products business.

State scholarships for full-time master degree studies
Each year, the Education Exchanges Support Foundation opens applications for Lithuanian state scholarships for international full-time Master’s degree students accepted at Lithuanian higher education institutions.
The scholarship includes a monthly stipend and a grant covering study costs.
Career Opportunities
Cyber Security Management is a credible stakeholder level that includes the provision of a Cyber Security Management system to the public and the private sectors. Having acquired relevant competencies (decision-making, cybersecurity project management, etc.), graduates will be able to work at public sector structures and business firms.
Potential employers are public authorities or businesses that manage key electronic data (public authority security and IT departments, business institutions risk management departments, IT departments, etc.). Graduates will have an opportunity to build and run their own companies through cybersecurity services or consulting.
Graduates will successfully be able to work as data protection officers – such work positions from 2018 May 25th are mandatory under the new EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR or BDAR).
Currently, our graduates are working at international IT companies and various organizations.
