Introduction

In the new era of the digital economy, business models have evolved and companies need to be increasingly competitive by adopting new strategies based on electronic business.

The Master in Digital Business Management responds to the need of the business market to train professionals to lead and manage the development of existing businesses adapting them to the new trends in electronic commerce.

This program is designed for students from different fields, from science and engineering with business knowledge to profiles oriented to ICT (Information and communication technologies). It presents a realistic and highly detailed approach to the key aspects of analyzing, conceiving, and develop e-commerce projects.

The program considers issues such as decision-making to launch or expand technological projects in the different areas of the company (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) focusing on both the Online channel and the Offline.

The Master's is based on the performance of practical projects just as an active professional. Each of these projects has a duration of 6 weeks and is develops by creating small work teams, as would happen if you worked in a company.

This program swaps passive listening for the dynamic task and provides real environments that make the student take part in decision-making processes, work as a team, and perform activities related to your work.
