Introduction
Overview
Property surveying is a diverse and exciting career choice that can give you the opportunity to travel the world and meet a wide range of people. Graduates from this programme now work globally in leading advisory roles for consultancy firms, financial institutions, banks and national governments. Although typically office based, you will have the opportunity to spend a great deal of time meeting people and visiting landmark buildings. Many surveyors travel extensively both nationally and across many parts of the globe.
This particular programme combines the theoretical rigour of a mainstream finance degree or MBA programme with a specialist focus on and direct application to real estate.
Accreditation
The Dubai Campus is accredited by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and fully licensed to teach its degrees in Dubai. All graduates receive a British degree that is accredited by the Royal Charter in the UK.
