The two-year MSc Program in Economics gives students an in-depth knowledge of a range of economics and management disciplines. The Program’s flexibility also allows students to specialize in a specific field or across a range of economics and management topics.

Researchers in the Program work in the fields of accounting, finance, macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometrics, and the economics of business. The MSc Program allows students to create a personal academic profile within one or across several of these fields. Progress in the chosen courses is closely followed and monitored to ensure students’ academic development. Each semester, the department also offers about thirty elective courses. The broad range of courses allows you to specialize in a particular field of interest and to create an individual course Program.

Students in the Program are based in the Department of Economics and Business Economics. The department is renowned for setting high academic standards. It engages in close collaboration with many leading international researchers, including Nobel Laureate Robert F. Engle and until he died in 2014, Dale T. Mortensen. The department’s outstanding research environment includes the Centre for Research in Econometric Analysis of Time Series (CREATES), where Robert F.
