The Master's Degree in Engineering under the modality of deepening prioritizes within its differentiating factor the strengthening of professionals linked in the agricultural and agro-industrial sector for the generation of innovative ideas and that, by virtue of the expansion of knowledge on topics such as food safety, engineering of bioprocesses and sustainable logistics, be driving the development of the field and contribute to the reduction of poverty of rural populations. In the Specialization program in Environmental Responsibility and Sustainability, there are three differentiating factors that are explained below: Environmental responsibility from different perspectives of law. The program addresses liability from a private law perspective, especially when it comes to contractual and tort liability. From the perspective of public law, the responsibility of the State for environmental damage; From the constitutional perspective, the responsibility of the State and individuals in relation to the conservation of the environment and natural heritage are addressed, and from the perspective of environmental law, the responsibility that arises from the violation of environmental regulations with the environmental sanctioning process.
