The M.Sc. in Educational Leadership program is designed to provide working education professionals with the skills, knowledge, and capacities necessary to lead for change within their work institutions, their professional communities, and the larger society.

Petroleum Engineering graduate program at Nazarbayev University is a two-year, full-time M.Sc. degree program designed to provide students with a scientific background in hydrocarbon exploration, reservoir engineering and management, oil and gas production, and skills in the practical aspects of petroleum engineering.

Master of Science (MSc) in Mining Engineering degree is a specialized graduate program offered by the School of Mining and Geosciences (SMG) Department of Mining Engineering at Nazarbayev University. Students are required to complete 120 ECTS credits, in 4 semesters, which satisfies requirements stipulated by the Bologna Process and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) for Master’s Degrees.

The Master's educational program in the area "Seismology" is intended for training specialists who are theoretically competent and practically trained in the sphere of fundamental research on the causes, preparation, and process of earthquake occurrence, as well as related consequences.

A distinctive feature of the educational program "Business Economics" is the provision of a high professional level of graduates in methodology and methodology for conducting scientific research in relevant areas of economic, financial, and management analysis.

The Master's program in Environmental Management and Audit is aimed at training specialists in environmental research with solid knowledge of environmental safety and sustainable development, management and marketing in ecology, environmental legislation, uses in practice methods of diagnosing environmental problems.

The purpose of the program is the formation of analytical and practical competencies in undergraduates in the field of analysis, organization, and implementation of innovative artistic and creative, correctional and developmental, and advisory activities, including the features of the formation of artistic potential.

The program aims to train new generation managers for the social and business sectors, possessing modern technologies and management tools in the healthcare sector, possessing professional and scientific competence, comprehensive fundamental education, and leadership qualities.

Educational program - "Heat Power Engineering" aims to train a highly qualified specialist - Master in Heat Engineering, as a harmoniously formed personality, capable of being a leader, working in a team, acting, and winning in a competitive environment.

The sphere of professional activity in science and technology includes a set of technologies, means, methods, and methods of human activity aimed at creating conditions for the production, transmission, distribution, and consumption of electricity.

Qualifications and positions are determined under the Qualification Reference Book of the Positions of Managers, Specialists, and Other Employees by the approved order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan: Pharmacist-technologist; Process engineer; Lecturer; junior researcher; Director of operations.

Master’s Degree is a postgraduate education level aimed at personnel training with the award of a “master” degree in the relevant educational program with compulsory acquisition of at least 60-120 academic credits.

The purpose of the educational program is to prepare graduates to conduct research and solve practical problems in land relations and land management to improve activities in the field of cadastre.
