Admission requirements

An appropriate Honours Degree in the broader field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Development or Employment Relations. Students should previously have distinguished themselves as managers or human resource managers with considerable work experience in organisations (minimum of 3-5 years). Students must be computer literate and have Internet access with an Honours module in Research Methodology (NQF Level 8 or 9) and an average of at least 65% for the Honours Degree.
