The International Master in Soils and Global Change (IMSOGLO) educates this next generation of soil scientists who have the knowledge and skills to characterize soils, and understand soil evolution in an ecosystem context under global change based on a deep insight into the underlying processes and interactions, and develop strategies to implement climate-smart soil management policies.

Food system changes are required to improve human diets, promote planetary health, and achieve sustainable development. The MSc Nutrition and Food Systems program focuses on human nutrition and diets from a food system perspective.

Master of Science in Aquaculture is defined as the production of aquatic plants and animals for human consumption. Those choosing the Advanced Master in Contemporary Music programme at the Royal Conservatory/School of Arts Ghent work under the guidance of the Ictus and SPECTRA contemporary music ensembles, on projects with an emphatic focus on recently composed music. Students specialize in contemporary music, as soloists or members of an ensemble. They play an active role in creating new works by both young and established composers.
