The master's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, was designed in partnership with the Católica Porto Business School, with the main objective of guaranteeing a multidisciplinary training offer that prepares professionals, in the field of Psychology, for the development of human resources in an organizational context.

The Master Course in Human Resources Management and Development assumes the following objectives: - Contribute to innovation in the strategic management of human resources; - Foster the continuous development of strategic and operational processes in the area of ​​management of people and organizations; - Train Human Resources Managers with skills to project continuous improvement in the Human Resources area and; - Provide a specialization of a professional nature in the area of ​​Human Resource Development Management.
