The 12-month Master of Health Industry Administration (MHIA)* is a highly specialized 34.5-credit full-time program designed to provide the in-depth knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and manage in a highly complex and competitive field that encompasses business, government, and not-for-profit organizations.

The Master of Administrative Science (MAS) degree is a 30-credit degree to enhance the administrative and leadership skills of graduates. The program combines both cognitive and affective (interactive) instruction through case studies, simulations, individual and group exercises, and fieldwork that helps to develop critical managerial effectiveness. The MAS educational experience seeks to develop critical administrative competencies in a supportive learning environment in conjunction with specific and clear feedback.

The European MASTER is aimed primarily at students who have validated a level II diploma (bac +3) in the fields of human resources management, psychology, sociology or labor law.

Trillium College’s Payroll Specialist graduate diploma program is perfect for anyone that already possesses a post-secondary diploma or degree or for someone that is working in the field and would like to specialize in payroll to apply for a new position at work. The specialization provides a focus on accounting principles and practices specific to the Canadian marketplace.
