Introduction
The Master in Amazon Studies will have the general objective of providing, through research and teaching, scientific bases to create in the country a sense of belonging and responsibility to the Amazon region as part of the national territory and to promote the integration and border development of the countries of the Amazon basin.
The graduate must be able to advance and advise multi, inter and trans-disciplinary research projects and programs, participate in university teaching, or take an active part in teams in the formulation of territorial and environmental planning plans, management and management of protected areas, the implementation, formulation, and advice on public policies, in aspects related to indigenous peoples and societies, as well as problems related to border integration.
