Entering the Space Market
The global space activity is reported a potential Increase in revenue by more than $1 trillion by 2040.
Investing in space is now open to the public market. In 2021, twelve space start-ups went public through SPAC at a combined market capitalization of $25 billion.
There is now a global focus on advancing global sustainability and searching for new solutions to challenges, such as climate change and orbital debris.
Course Main Partner
During this program, participants will be required to carry-out a business idea while working in a team environment.
EIIS has partnered with AIRBUS to bring the knowledge and structure needed to reach an ample level of experience. Following the first semester of the program, participants will be required to work on a 6-month long project challenge. The challenge requirements will be presented and guided by AIRBUS representatives.
Airbus
Airbus is a global pioneer in sustainable aerospace, operating within 3 divisions: Commercial Aircraft (Airbus S.A.S.), Defence and Space, and Helicopters.
Today, Airbus Defence and Space is a major contributor of the International Space Station (ISS) Columbus module and many other projects, including Orion ESM, Bartolomeo and ATV.
On Site Experience
Thanks to our partnership with AIRBUS, all course participants will have the chance to experience an exclusive on-Site excursion at the AIRBUS facilities in Munich, Germany.
This valuable occasion will entail meeting and networking with other fellow course participants. It will be an opportunity to be inspired by the managers and staff of one major brand in the space sector.
Visiting the AIRBUS headquarters means having a straightforward approach to operating a business in Space.
Participants will spend time attending an official tour of the AIRBUS facility and a demonstration of new prototypes.

Program Structure
Module 1: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
Develop entrepreneurial skills by learning the fundamentals of business, strategy and applications. Strengthen leadership skills and understand the ethics of business.
Module 2: Applications for Entrepreneurship
Utilizing and applying business skills to effectively manage, market and communicate a startup idea. Assessing market needs and building a brand using marketing tactics.
Module 3: Economics and Finance
Review financials, data and economic trends in space. Understand the allocation of funds and resources in space startups and venture capital.
Module 4: Strategic Partnerships
Learn the basic structure for building strategic partnerships. Including the benefits and risks regarding agreements and negotiation strategies for long-term relationships.
Module 5: Innovation for Sustainability
Identify ideas, concepts, and products concerning the integration of space and sustainability by means of traditional innovation.
Module 6: Business Approach
Expanding the proper entrepreneurial skills needed for collaboration. Learn how to pitch a business idea, financial analysis and solution(s).
Module 7: Technology Advancements in Space - Part I
Learn from various industries and sectors. Explore emerging technologies in the private sector and how they are applied in space.
Module 8: Technology Advancements in Space - Part II
Learn from various industries and sectors. Explore emerging technologies in the private sector and how they are applied in space.
Module 9: Space Trends
Discover the converging trends that change how we approach the New Space Economy. Understand how entrepreneurship is driving innovation and demand in the private sector.
Module 10: Space Exploration, Tourism and Resources
Review importance of utilizing resources for Space exploration and its impacts on accelerating key technologies on Earth. Investigate modern Space exploration and understand how it stimulates the creation of both tangible and intangible benefits for humanity.
Module 11: Space Applications
Research the activity of satellite services and its applications for discovery in the New Space Age. Understand the solutions including communications, broadcast, Earth observation etc.
Module 12: Space Force, Law and Policy
Understand the current capabilities and the potential risks to security as it relates to the exploitation of Space. Incorporate both aspects of Law and Policy into all types of Space-related international and national regulations and laws.
