The Master in Interaction Design Aims to train professionals interested in becoming digital leaders of the future by developing critical thinking and skills to react, adapt and maximize the effects of digital transformation to understand how digital technology can be used in strategic design .
The Master provides a creative environment, design and technological innovation, focusing on projects with a future goal. It provides students with the ability and vision to challenge the statu quo and form designers who can work beyond disciplinary, cultural and geographic boundaries to design solutions to future individual, social and corporate needs, stimulating curiosity, research and thought , As well as empathy and collaboration.

Methodology
The Master is divided into two phases, each of which represents a module: the first is a cross-section in which students are taught basic skills in disciplines that meet future needs; This first phase follows a second where students can develop their skills in a discipline of their choice: Digital Management, Creative Coding, UX / UI Design or Digital Manufacturing. In the first phase, the basics of the concepts of interaction design will be laid down, introducing the fundamental principles of the four different specializations of the course. This master phase is structured on the basis of a weekly program that follows the stages of developing a digital service or product (thinking, drawing, coding, realizing, inspiring), thus providing a balanced training of the entire digital business world.
The second phase of the Master will take on specializations following a different structure: the students will work together with the same projects in cross-disciplinary activities, depending on the specialization chosen and the content of their own itinerary.

Coordinator
Each Master is contacted by a specialist co-ordinator who has an active role in developing the Study Plan and the content of the course, in collaboration with the IED Master's Department of Didactics.
The coordinator also collaborates with the inclusion of specific lecturers in the field and is responsible for relations with companies and institutions in the field of course knowledge.
This Master is made up of a pool of experts who designed the Master and each of them is Project Leader of one of the modules that make up the proposed itineraries.

Jordi Planas
Design of interactive experiences, featuring technology and creativity, digital art and advertising. Vimod Studio's interactive services company, where he designs and organizes technology events for brands such as Garmin, Zurich or Lenovo, and advertising agencies like Ogilvy or Scpf in spaces such as the Mobile World Congress.
Lover of experimental electronics, culture maker, DIY (DIY) and digital manufacturing. He is creative designer of Arduino, Processing, C ++, "Internet of Things" and Robotics. He gives lectures and seminars in various educational programs (Provincial Art School of Tarragona, High School of Videogames and Interactive Environments, IED). He graduated in Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona and obtained a Master of Arts in Digital Arts at Pompeu Fabra University.
Manuela Procopio
Businesswoman, Trainer, Mentor, Teacher and Scrum Master. Help people, businesses and organizations discover significant insights and design creative solutions for their problems through the use and application of Trend Research, Service Designe and Agile Management.
Co-founder of collaborative and international initiatives such as the co-workshop (www.coworkshops.org) and We Push (www.wepush.com), Manuela is also Director General of the Management for Creative Industries of IED (European Institute of Design) in Barcelona.
Esteve Maruri
Self-taught since the age of 12, however, continued with Informatica at EPSS, EUPMT and obtained certifications in MySQL, PHP, .NET and SCRUM.
He has worked for several companies as a programmer, analyst, data architect and CTO. These include: Near Technologies, Vueling, Rinho, Lavinia, PRIVALIA, ATRAPALO and Budgetplaces partners. He then moved to Chiara Giacomini Brand Design, where he is still working as technical director and project manager. She works alongside CGBD with IED lessons and her role as a CTO at Days2Play, a company that sells video games.
Gui Seiz
Creative Director at FabLab Barcelona. He was Creative Director @ Stink Studios and Design @ Work Club Manager [RIP] He is also working on an urban growth platform that uses permaculture ground sensors to calibrate weather satellites. Co-creator of Making Sense, a Citizenship Science project funded by the European Commission through FabLab Barcelona.

* The didactic planning of all IED Master's degrees is based on the criteria that make up the European Higher Education Area (SEIS). The IED Master programs adopt a system of credits that follows the structure of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The IED Master only release its private securities.

The first stage lays the groundwork for the concepts of interaction design by introducing the basics of the four different course specializations.
This stage of the Master is structured around a repeated weekly schedule that follows the development phases of digital service or product (think, design, code, make, and inspire), thereby providing balanced training on the cornerstones of the world of creative digital companies.
The second stage of the Master enters into the specializations and therefore follows a different structure. The students work together on projects on days of cross-cutting activities that are divided by specialties when tackling the content of their courses.
