To offer French-speaking students a high-level training in the professions of public action, taken in a broad sense.
This Master's degree prepares students for expertise and senior management positions in: state or regional, provincial and municipal public administrations; public agencies or institutions or autonomous regulatory authorities; public, semi-public or private structures involved in the production of public programs and the management of public services; in the council to elected officials as personal collaborators in their political cabinets; in expertise, strategic consulting, project porting and communication of influence within consulting firms specializing in public decision support.
Academic partners and diplomas
This training is organized in close partnership with the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse, as well as with the New Bulgarian University. The diplomas awarded at the end of the training are:
- The Master's degree "Consulting, expertise and public action" (CEAP), University Toulouse 1 Capitole
- The diploma of the New Bulgarian University (NUB) of Sofia, for those students who opt for double graduation.
Duration of studies and details
The training has a total of 290 hours, including 250 hours in class. The teaching takes place full-time, from the beginning of October to the end of April, followed by a minimum of 3 months internship for the professional career and an action research for the research path.
Candidates who have been admitted to the ESFAM Entrance Examination who wish to complete the Master's Degree in Public Policy and Counseling (CEAP) will then be subject to the admission procedure on the basis of the application procedure. the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse.
Students who, after selecting their file, have been admitted to this Master will be students regularly enrolled at the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse, while enjoying the status of Bulgarian student for the duration of their studies in Sofia. Those who opt for both degrees will also be enrolled in addition to the NUB.
