Introduction
Our integrated Grande Ecole program offers High School leavers a 5-year learning journey that will prepare them for the real world of business. You’ll begin by receiving a solid grounding in diverse aspects of management and gradually develop an essential understanding of the context within which modern business is conducted.
At the postgraduate level in years 4 and 5, you’ll then be able to draw on this core knowledge and understanding to develop specialist expertise in Finance, Management, or Marketing that will prepare you for an international career as a professional manager.
The Grande Ecole program is designed to encourage you to progressively take responsibility for creating your own future, but with all the support you need to make the most of your time at ESSCA. Along the way, you’ll benefit from learning alongside world-leading professors, whose research is changing the face of responsible business and management practice. And backed by our personal development program, we’ll give you opportunities to put your knowledge from the cutting edge to good use during 4 mandatory internships carried out either in France or overseas. You’ll also be encouraged to take your intercultural skills to new heights with periods spent at our Budapest and Shanghai campuses, or through study abroad programs at one of our international university partner destinations.
